This guide will help you use Webex on your Mobile
For Webex Shortcuts:
Calling, Contacts, Voicemail, and Searches are all found at the bottom of the Screen.
The Keypad Shortcut is found in the Upper Left Corner
To Search for a User:
Click on the Search in the bottom right corner and type their name.
To Make a Call
There are three ways to do so.
Click on any Recent Calls Under " Calling" and it will dial Straight Away.
2. Go to the Keypad Shortcut and Dial the Extension (5955) or Full Number ( 9390 5955)

Go to Search and Search for a User then click the Call button next to their name.
To Set DND:
Click on your Intials in the Upper Left Corner then Click Availability:
Once on Availability, Select the Minutes you would like DND on for
** Please Note your phone does not ring while on DND **
Settings:
For Settings, please go to your Initials in the upper left corner and click settings.
For Any Audio Issues, Click Audio
Calling
Enable Call Forward:
To enable call forwarding, Go to settings then Calling
Under Calling, Click Call Forward
Click Add Number and type in the number you want it to forward calls to.
Once Added, Click the Number to enable the forward
To Disable Call Forwarding
Click Do Not Forward Calls:
