When clicking on the circle with the initials the below menu will pop down with the options to change your, availability, settings, profile, sign out and exit Webex

Calling details, recent calls, and missed calls

To search for a user:
Click on the Search Bar and type in their name.
To Make a Call:
There are three ways to do this.
- Highlight User under all calls then click the Phone Symbol.
- Search Name and click the phone symbol.
- Keypad and dial an extension or full Number i.e (5955 or 9390 5955), the phone symbol
To Set Availability such as DND
- Go to your initials in the top left corner
- Click Initials
- Click Availability then Set DND for the time that is required.
Please Note: Your phone will not ring during this time
SETTINGS
To go to Settings:
Click your Initials in the top left corner Click Settings
Some settings you may need to adjust:
Under GENERAL:
You can unclick Start Webex when the computer starts so it doesn't start on startup.
AUDIO:
Changing the Speaker and Microphone to match your Headphones and testing.
Calling
Enable Call forwarding
- Click + symbol
- Enter in number you wish to forward
- Click the down arrow
- Select Number
To turn off Call Forwarding
- Click down arrow
- Select "Do not forward calls"
