To access Self-Service Password Reset, you will need to pre-register your authentication methods by signing into office.com and following the prompts. Two authentication types are required, which can include your mobile number, personal email, or the authentication app. Since multi-factor authentication is already established, you will only be required to configure one additional form of authentication.
The prompts will look like:
Mobile Phone Number
Personal Email:
1. Select "I want to set up a different Method"
2. Select Email
3. Enter personal email address (cannot be sydneycatholic address)
4. A code will be sent to your email, please verify this code here
Authentication App:
The authentication application is configured similarly to a multifactor authentication application. Here's a link that guides you through setting up the Microsoft Authenticator application.
