This article provides guidance on resetting your password using self-service options. To initiate the process, you'll need to authenticate yourself using two distinct security measures: either through the Microsoft authentication application, text message, or email.
1. Navigate to office.com
2. Click Sign in
3. Click "Can't access my account"
4. Select Work or School Account.
5. Fill in your email address.

7. Reset Password
Password Policy, cannot be the same password as before, must be 15 characters, at least one number, special symbol, and capital letter.
Possible Issues:
- Can't access your account link not showing: This issue could be cause by using the same browser you use to log into another Microsoft 356 account. Try in a private or incognito window or a different a browser i.e Chrome, Edge, Firefox etc.
