Introduction
The Archdiocese provides staff with an employee self service system, giving you access to your payroll record and leave balances.
The Employee Self Service portal is directly integrated with the Technology One Finance and HR/Payroll system, and is called 'CiAnywhere'.
Using CiAnywhere you can update your home address and other personal contact details, add emergency contacts, download current and previous payslips and view your accrued leave balance.
You can also request leave through this system, and managers can view and approve leave requests, manage team leave balances, and more.
The leave system is intended to replace the paper forms currently completed, with an email based system.
The simplified guide below sets how to access CiAnywhere.
Connecting to CiAnywhere
Click the following link, or use your web browser to browse to https://cas.t1cloud.com/
You will be prompted to log on via Microsoft sign-in using your work email address and password.
Example
In the example below the user's email is:
‘michael.smith@sydneycatholic.org’
He enters the same password used to access his email and computer.
Getting Started
Once logged into the CiAnywhere platform, you should be presented with a screen similar to the following image. Shortcuts to common functions can be found on the homepage, and you can easily return to the homepage at any time by clicking 'Home' in the upper left hand corner.
Clicking on "My CAS" to the right of the "Home" tab will open a new tab with a number of other options.
From here, you can view your leave balances, and create or check on leave requests by selecting 'My Leave'.
By selecting 'My HR and Pay', you can also view your HR Details and Payroll information, including previous payslips, and Annual Payment Summaries. You can also use this screen to update some personal details including personal and emergency contacts.
If needed, you can complete your timesheets in the My Timesheet module.
Managers can view information under the 'My Team' screen on their staff leave, payroll, and contact information. Staff timesheets can be approved from the "My Team Timesheets" module.
Links have also been included to the CAS Website, and to the ICT Support Portal for convenient access.
