How to Log into Papercut - 3 Methods

Logging in:

There are three ways to log in: Swipe Pass, PIN, or Username and Password. See below for instructions on how to use each method.

Username/Password: If you forget your PIN or Swipe Pass, you can still access the printer by logging in with your username (Firstname.Lastname) and your 15-character Microsoft password. To do this, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Username and password on the printer

  1. Type in your Username, password and click log in

Pin/ID Number: To log in using a PIN, please follow the steps below:

  1. Type in your ID Number and Click Log in:

Swipe Pass: To log in using your Swipe Pass, please swipe it over one of the following symbols on the printer:
